      People work and collaborate with each other on every aspect. Working here is relaxed and has lots of benefits. Great flexibility and support. Upper management is always open to suggestions and ideas.

      Cons

      Growing professionally is hard since it's a young company.

      Pros

      Excellent family-work balance and flexibility. Good healthcare plan and perks (like the anniversary gift) People collaborate a lot here and you have the chance to learn from the best developers through internal training or tech meetups. Opportunity to travel abroad to work in clients, Santex Fest! At the end of the year, all offices gather together in an awesome party to celebrate the year.

      Cons

      I can mention some growing pains, but nothing to be worried about.

      Pros

      Team work, results oriented organization. People are inspired by upper management to be entrepreneurs.

      Cons

      So far, not very clear carreer opportunities. However I know HR is now making focus on this.
