      Pros

      Incentive system was excellent. For minimal production, the incentive system yielded great quarterly bonuses. The company is also making capital investments to make the bank a better bank.

      Cons

      It feels as if the Company is in panic mode. The company failed multiple stress tests. The parent company in Spain is very wealthy and makes huge cash investments in Santander US

      Pros

      It's a job. Your paycheck will be the only thing you have to look forward to. If your boss doesn't adjust your bonus so you can't get one.

      Cons

      The sales team is ran by a group of immature shallow managers. They run around in their own group and act standoffish to the other employees. The managers don't know how to manage or motivate, this company has some of the rudest, nastiest leaders I have ever worked for. The company reminds me of a group of immature highschool kids trying to be popular. These people act like they are not human, they are the absolute worse people you would ever want to work for.

      Average pay. Incompetent management type of place to work for an easy ride.

      Cons

      Managers are employed if their "face fits" lack of professionalism. Opportunities always given to the same people (who are usually related in some way to another manager). Poor communication between departments.
