      Most coworkers are very kind; if you need help they will come to your aid.

      Cons

      Manager is extremely condescending and customers have an entitlement mentality due to management making empty promises and spoiling them for years. I was yelled at constantly when I first started because I actually tried to follow bank policy like you're supposed to. Funny. Additionally, the bank will use any excuse possible to rip your incentive bonus away from you every sales quarter despite how well you perform. Very disappointing.

      Colleagues and wondering when another bank will purchase this bank. The color red. Taking a lunch break. Going on vacation

      Cons

      Technology is so far behind its hard to do your job. Branch Operations are behind 15 + years, Online Banking never works, systems go down in the middle of transactions and the amount of time the system takes to complete a transaction is back in typewriter days. Instead of fixing technology, the focus is on customer service when the customers don't have the tools and other banks offer to streamline their banking. You get the same Leads to call customers and hound them for business because a lot of people never heard of the bank.
