      Pros

      Good work is being done here, and the people working here are good. There's alot of groups here, so positions come up to move around.

      Cons

      Raises are laughable at best. Negotiate salary high, because you'll never get a real raise here. Noone is responsible for anything. Everything is very collaborative, but noone actually owns anything, and is responsible for it.

      Great company if it weren't for constant "transformation"

      Excellent benefits (matching 401k, vacation). Great salary.

      Cons

      Undergoing constant "transformation" and re-reorganization since 2009. When will it end? Very bureaucratic top-heavy organization that moves at a glacial pace making it difficult for groups to advance interesting initiatives without month's long processes requiring sign-offs from upper management. Entirely too focused on what share-holders want rather than what patients need.
