      Pros

      Easy work, very straightforward. Rules are clear and easily understood and are very well documented. The work itself is usually simple tasks that require ~2weeks of training to master

      Cons

      Repetetive, labor-intensive work. Not much thinking involved when performing production tasks. Animosity between operators, managers, engineers. Drama between operators & some backstabbing. Mind your business and it's easy enough to fly under the radar though.

      Pros

      They offer really good benefits, especially ancillary benefits other than just the standard medical, dental and vision.

      Cons

      They expect blood from a stone sometimes. The upper management sees the product and the bottom line ahead of its people and their work/life balance.
