      Pros

      Interesting work, always learning, solid training programs, everyone wants to succeed. Mission is inspiring. Pretty good systems in place to facilitate the work.

      Cons

      Some favoritism, some leaders do not know how to lead. IS resources are too limiting and ability to outsource to get projects done is always shut-down. We are behind now in terms of leading the vaccines industry.

      Bonuses, vacation time and flexible schedules.

      Everything else. Morale is gone, people are just a number.

      Still has some heart of Genzyme in there, with a focus on treating patients with rare genetic diseases

      Cons

      Bureaucracy and lack of strong leadership/overall direction hurts morale, along with the low wages/salary increases.
