      Too many foreigners

      Pros

      Good welfare, flexible in working hours, including allowing wfh even before this pandemic

      Cons

      Too many foreigners in the Singapore office that Singaporeans become the minority. Whenever there is an opening, priority will be given to overseas staff to relocate to SG. Only when there is no suitable internal candidates from overseas will they open up to Singaporeans from outside the organisation

      Bullying, Bureaucratic, sexist and high stress

      Pros

      Great benefits such as pension, health insurance, gym, flexitime, holidays etc.

      Cons

      Sexist - Only women getting promoted atm. Bullying - Every day you will see people stressed, upset, crying due to bullying. Sexist - Female bullies get promoted and are wheeled in to sort out most problems. Management promote the fact that they have put in 30 trained mental health representives.

      Pros

      Not many. I guess if you ask for a high wage going in and they say yes roll with it cause it's all youre getting.

      Cons

      Everything. This place had all the potential in the world. Now the French want the Americans gone. We make too much and don't work hard enough they say. We work harder than them and get paid less and have better quality. It's a them problem not an us problem. The fda will catch wind of all the shotty fixes they have eventually.
