Difficult to find anything positive to say.

Cons

In my 28 years HR experience never come across such lying, manipulative, devious and untrustworthy management who bully staff and blame staff for management failings. Lack of forward planning High Staff Turnover ALWAYS advertising for HR Administrators as they all leave soon after appt. Only really nterested in employing apprentices as cheaper to engage

Pros

I've just returned from maternity leave and have found the company is excellent at supporting new mums back to work. My manager kept in touch while I was on leave and when I returned, allowed me to change my working hours so I can drop my son at nursery. They have also been very understanding about when I need to leave to get him if he's not very well and can't stay at nursery. The maternity leave package is very good and they offer five days per year parental paid leave for emergencies, on top of good annual leave.

Cons

There are no downsides to speak of. Good, professionally run company to work for.

I left. What more can I say....!!

Cons

Bad management. The dept I worked for only 2 of the original 25are left and that was within 12 months Too many cooks....... Got everyones pay wrong. People have to work a month in advance so you don't get paid for 2 months. Never mentioned at interview Far too much gossip and back stabbing I'm amazed its a charity and its survived
