Pros

I've worked for Sanctuary for over 5 years and feel there is a lot of scope for development and progression. I have always felt supported and feel proud to work for such a successful business leader in the industry. Good pay, excellent rewards available and proactive culture.

Cons

I think the experience of any employer is largely based on individual teams and management, I have worked in 3 different teams and always felt it was excellent. But I appreciate others experiences can vary depending on department.
