Pros

The co-workers are cool. They work well with school scheduling.

Cons

Pay sucks. Managers have no respect for their employees. All they care about is how many plus members ships they can squeeze out.

Pros

They offer varying shifts to fit almost any schedule. Early morning, daytime, nights & overnights!

Cons

Sams club employs many part timers in order to prevent having to pay benefits for hiring full timers. Full timers are typically management positions.

Pros

Good work environment, direct supervisor makes himself available. Focus on compliance, safety, shrink and damages. You are there to protect the store, makes sure the store is doing things the right way the first time.

Cons

Need clearer direction on job responsibilties. Direct manager not on site, so can run into issues of being pulled away from primary tasks and covering other areas. The role is to identify problems and help those area managers find solutions (essentially role is like an independent compliance auditor) but often this is viewed as asset protections responsibility to fix.
