Pros

Good pay for the area compared to other jobs. $12 per hour in high school. The people in the tire department were mostly fun to work with and would accomodate any time off needed. Not too hard work and ample downtime for messing around.

Cons

I went there mainly for the management trainee program that they offered only to find out that they don't take current employees for the program. I was told during the hiring process that this would be no problem but was later denied acceptance. This would have been fine had I not solely gone there for this program. As far as a regular job, this job was mostly ok but had its cons. There are video cameras everywhere capturing your every move unless you know where the blind spots are. I was often pulled from my regular shop duties to help in other areas of the club. Most of the time we got stuck doing the jobs the regular crew didn't want to do. The shop started holding premium member hours which allowed premium members to come in at 6 a.m. to get tire work done. I was often called upon to close the shop at 9p.m. and opet at 6a.m. the next morning.

Pros

Best pay in town ALWAYS HAVE HOURS! Full-Time after 3 months Some nice options once full time (1 week paid vac time)

Cons

If you don't mention all the past part time jobs you had that paid you well (ex me working factories where I was paid $14 an hour) put me at the lowest pay bracket. You see they have a fancy computer system that spits out your pay according to your prior jobs... So even if it was only for a short time TELL THEM. I was stupid, I thought well this would make me look bad for moving around so much BUT it really hurt me in the long run...to the tune of about $400 a month!

Pros

Opportunity for growth. I worked at a great club.

Cons

Pay, Benefits. No training for my position. Worked way more hours than expected and not compensated accordingly. Always fired a bunch of people around bonus time. Staffing.
