Scheduling is a joke. Hours tend to fluctuate a lot. If you're a cart associate, be prepared to work in all kinds of weather, except thunder storms. A lot is expected of lower level employees, and sometimes there just isn't enough time to get everything done.

Most customers are rude, entitled, bratty and don't treat you like a person. You have to stand for your entire shift. You have to sell Plus memberships and credits, which you don't get compensated for separately. Someone who sells nothing and the best seller in the store get the same bonus, which is one time a year in March. Shifts generally run half an hour longer than they are scheduled. Schedules are posted as little as one day in advance. (good luck if you don't work on Friday) Not enough hours, most associates only get 13 hours a week, often people will be scheduled for 0 hours in a week.
