Pros

All coworkers, bosses and COSs(front-line supervisors) are friendly higher pay than other stores

Cons

Most customers are rude, entitled, bratty and don't treat you like a person. You have to stand for your entire shift. You have to sell Plus memberships and credits, which you don't get compensated for separately. Someone who sells nothing and the best seller in the store get the same bonus, which is one time a year in March. Shifts generally run half an hour longer than they are scheduled. Schedules are posted as little as one day in advance. (good luck if you don't work on Friday) Not enough hours, most associates only get 13 hours a week, often people will be scheduled for 0 hours in a week. Casheirs also serve as cleaning crew, emergency cart associates, and all other positions

Pros

The pay is good and so are the benefits.

Cons

This is the worst job I have ever had. I made it 3 weeks before leaving and never coming back. They had me working 12 hour shifts when I was scheduled for 8 but couldn’t leave because I wasn’t finished with the large workload they piled on me. There was absolutely no teamwork, our manager just abandoned us so they could go hang out with their friends. There was no organization, no structure. 100% sure my manager never even knew my name. They had us breaking down pallets just to restack them. There are no consequences for management at all, they can basically do whatever they want and nobody is gonna do anything to stop it. If they're short they throw you into different departments with no training.
