The discount and customers were nice.

The upper management has never worked on a store level, the TWO mandatory weekly conference calls that are scheduled to only be 30 mins each are never under an hour, sometimes going as long as two. The people who PULL YOU AWAY from your job to repeat themselves twice a week, talking lead measures and behavior tracker and sales are the same to get mad when you don't make goals. The insist you can meet goals on single person coverage around these calls too. News flash. YOU CAN NOT MEET GOALS when you pull us away from trying to make them. There is MINIMUM TRAINING. Parking new hires including managers in front of a tablet, throwing them from store to store to be trained by five other managers who also don't know what they're doing is not training. Then later have the NERVE to ask us "wheres the disconnect" when we're struggling in our stores. Example, I was never trained how to process damages. I asked for help THE REGIONAL manager said "ASK an associate. I don't know how to use the POS"

Pros

- 30% discount + some free products monthly - The team I worked with was what kept me there as long as I was - The job itself is pretty simple

Cons

- Management is an absolute disaster - My location had their manager quit back in August 2021 and it's now almost January 2022 and they have part timers running the store - District and Regional managers are complete bullies and they do not value their employees - HR doesn't care about issues, instead blames part timers - Absolutely no recognition for the hard work you do - Rules are so scattered and during a pandemic, this was incredibly stressful when it came to customers without masks - Just no respect for the in-store level of associates, and major problems get ignored - Honestly, not even worth it for a part time job. The overall disrespect and bullying is anxiety inducing and nobody should ever be treated like that - From April 2021-December 2021 I witnessed 5 managers within our district leave due to poor management and bullying - They can't keep employees or managers because nobody wants to put up with any of this Please, do not work here.
