Pros

Your entire team is stressed out this company was great up until 6 years ago. Every person that tried to do by this company has had there position eliminated so the new CEO could place friends in those spots.

Cons

Don't take any position from this company. Changes are made Dailey so you never know what's right or wrong and no one knows who is in charge of what area. Registers are always going down customers are mad because they have to wait and company refuses to fix the problem.

A few good people still work there but all of them I know are looking for another job.

Cons

They have laid off SEVERAL people over the past year and they're not done! The new CEO has cleaned house. Almost all upper management has left, in the past year, they are cutting back on growth and eliminating positions. Not a growing company and not a good work environment.

Pros

Great if you are inexperienced, or just recently graduated. They take in a lot of first-time entry level employees and give them a chance that other companies don't. Great for getting axperience towards jobs at better companies.

Cons

There is a major age gap between management and employees because most employees leave for a better company as soon as they get enough experience. There is a major lack of communication between departments so no one knows who is responsible for what. Management is weak because they were given their position because they didn't quit and stuck with the company. As such there is a lack of accountability so departments don't keep up with their responibilities because they won't be held accountable for them.
