      The company does not know what they want to be when they grow up. There is a huge lack of strategy and management cannot figure out how to turn the poor sales trend around. They have lost focus of the customer base, they do not know how to market, and they definitely do not want to spend or invest to improve an aging store base. It will just be a matter of time until they are sold or go out of business based on their competition and todays beauty customer
