Pros

HMO, Dental, Vision, 401K as long as you are full time.

Cons

Managers only care about themselves. They will sacrifice you to make themselves look good. DM's to little or NOTHING about Manager misconduct UNLESS a customer complains.

Pros

It's a relatively clean environment. You're allowed to goof around most of the day while others around you work hard.

Cons

The management lacked basic skills. Huge variations in amount of work allowed / required from employee to employee. Spiffs and bonus often cancelled or withheld without warning. No room for growth. There is little to no communication between offices. Hard to impossible to get off-site requests accomplished.
