Great colleagues, good salary, exciting industry (travel!), international work environment
Cons
No real team feeling, a lot of top-down decisions without involving the employees, old school management style in many areas, fear of job losses in many areas, too complicated organizational structure, bad onboarding for new employees, still not understanding the local markets outside the US and UK.
