      Pros

      Coworkers are always willing to help and share their knowledge with newer employees.

      Cons

      Most employees are young and inexperienced and their work requires a lot of supervision. Upper management in many cases is clueless. Partly because of this management creates an atmosphere of fear. Many employees fear making an error and being subjected to inquisition. In addition, working conditions in the Southlake office are ridiculous for a company who wants to draw employees. Too many employees and not enough space to work.

      Challenging Tasks, skilled coworkers, flexible worktime, which is great for people who are still on university.

      Not elastic infrastructure, long time of waiting for permissions, corpoorate beurocracy, big staff rotation
