      Overall it is a good work environment Strong focus on community and giving which brings teams together Depending on your group there is a strong focus on work life balance

      Cons

      This is not a sales organization, it is brief client acquisition, then maintenance and try to add new features. If you want a sales career this may not be the place for you (compensation plane will prove that out) They tend to always be chasing the competition rather than driving the market. cliques run rampant
