Pros

big travel industry impact, global influence, global travel opportunities for employees, 3 weeks paid time off policy for starting employees, focus on software quality

Cons

work-life balance ("always on" mentality), almost all middle aged white men at the top, business model of biggest LOB is under constant fire in the industry (thus a frequent target of legal action)

Pros

Got to see the world. Great co-workers and working with great airline customers.

Cons

Management out of touch. Lack in providing training to new hire employees or to existing employees. Constant change in management and new supervisors. Keep hiring new staff who don't have the industry knowledge and more focused on whether the new hire has an MBA. Few if any staff meetings or ongoing performance reviews until after the actual performance review occurs and then issues put into the personnel file that cannot be contested or removed.
