Competitive compensation and good benefits. I learned a lot in the short time I was there. Cafeteria and campus really nice.

It's a very boring place to work. Job security is pretty shaky.

- Politics are plaguing the company and bringing it down. - salaries are very low compared to the market. - Management don't seem to appreciate the advice of employess and will not make any changes that would help in such a competitive market. - Work-life balance is shot down. - Bahraini style of management is very slaving and un-appreciating. - Hierarchy is very obvious in that company.
