- Some of the best talent in the industry - Technology and Travel industries are in constant flux, lots of opportunities - My local team was simply incredible - Work is interesting, rewarding and salary/benefits are competitive

Cons

- Lots of cutbacks over the years - Workload is pretty intense, not a 40-50 hour week if you want to be successful - Old industry with old habits that die hard, lots of education and change management skills required
