Pros

Very easy job, nice people. Anyone could do this job, Great for gaining experience in the call center enviorment

Cons

You reach your potential very quickly because the job is so easy. I wouldn't suggest working in this position if you enjoy doing project or working on a team. This position is extremely repetitive.

Pros

Average pay thing , you can work from home ( only if you are on good page with you managers) , Its an average ok place , just over hyped . Testing is big in Bangalore office, testers might find good opportunities .

Cons

Heavy Politics in Bangalore India office, Favoritism , and a place for "managers", who want "retire" .Stale work and stale technology. To Summarize: Plain Jane trying hard to be fancy Nancy, Stay away if no other options work for you .
