work life balance and benefits are fantastic. There is the opportunity to work from home and the health benefits are better than most I've seen.

Cons

morale is horrible. Constant layoffs. Constant reorgs and lay-offs.

Annual massive layoffs, no remote wfh options, incompetent management, new CEO every year, tense atmosphere (which used to be casual with plenty of social activities).
