      - Good coworkers, learn a lot from them particularly senior coworkers - Casual dress code, not very stressful environment - Good place to start a career - Downtown Bethesda near good bars and restaurants

      Cons

      - Too many CRMs and systems (DART/DFA, Adwords, Esite) - Micro-managed by others, highly detailed-oriented cumbersome tasks - Low Pay, starts off at 40K - Work from home benefits and flexible work hours - Boring office cubes, not agency-like - Lots of happy hours (pro) due to high turnover (con)
