      Pros

      Great company: great opportunities, great people, fair salary, nice benefits, interesting projects.

      Cons

      A lot of daily work is bug fixing, which means you have to invest a lot of time into knowing the systems, and some code can really be old. Projects which build something from scratch are very, very rare - most of the projects are enhancements of the existing engines.

      low pay, high hours, new executive leadership with growing pains, very high turnover - good if you want to to get hired, but not if you want to stay here, mostly promote externally
