      Pros

      They hire just about anyone thinking they can train them. They have really high attrition, so moving up-even if not qualified is easy. People are always leaving so you can choose where you want to go and make it there.

      Cons

      Management is top heavy and does not listen to those below. It's a my way or the highway attitude at Sabre now. You no longer have a voice and that is sad. They do not pay you what you are worth. Most come to Sabre to get experience and then leave.

      Pros

      Balance for life and work. Have a lot of interesting projects. Opportunity to travel to beautiful cities around the world.

      Cons

      I don't see a huge negative point in this company. Sometimes some people are hard to deal and it's not related to the company for sure. These people are everywhere and we all have experience dealing with them .
