      Pros

      Dress code casual, even more on weekends. Friendly atmosphere. Learn alot about hotel industry.

      Cons

      Not able to transfer to other divisions despite qualifications. Favoritism by leads, supervisors and management. Low pay. No flexibility in scheduling. Negativity towards other company on campus.

      Pros

      Culture. People. Benefits. Outside of the top 3 I just mentioned, Sabre has a rather large and beautiful campus with several amenity offerings such as an extensive food court, workout facility, outdoor kitchen & patios, etc. Sabre also embraces and encourages work / life balance, including working from home privileges.

      Cons

      Heavy politics. Cryptic management styles and lack of top-tier talent. Also, it's surprisingly difficult to acquire the proper tools (machines, monitors, software, etc).

      Pros

      Still a great company to work for. Beautiful campus, great people, lots of opportunity for growth. Flexible scheduling is a huge plus, especially for those with a family, and I enjoy getting to work with colleagues from around the world.

      Cons

      This is not the same company I knew and loved. While still a great place to work, the trajectory is worrisome. The salaries are not competitive and there is a lack of incentive for collaboration across teams. We used to have an amazing culture that valued community work and the environment but those programs are sloy fading into the background.
