      Pros

      - Decent compensation package - Flexible work schedule with ability to work from home however this is largely due to the fact some weeks you will work 60 hours and have early or late calls with other global regions - Lots of lateral opportunities and ability to learn different skills

      Cons

      - Extremely siloed departments with politics being played by leaders, disagreeing and fighting for power over responsibilities meanwhile employees and customers feel the negative impact - New management leaders from outside of the industry do not understand the complexity of the solutions nor the importance of having talent with airline experience - Upward mobility is very challenged and it can be very difficult to get promoted even though there is allegedly a succession planning program

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, nice salary. Great people to work with until you get to the Director's level and above.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership. Favoritism. Zero appreciation for industry knowledge. Dysfunctional. Unethical HR practices. Each department works as a separate company. There is no synergy. Lots of finger pointing and excellent at playing the blame game.
