      Good talented peers with lots of potential to be unleashed

      Cons

      - Politics are plaguing the company and bringing it down. - salaries are very low compared to the market. - Management don't seem to appreciate the advice of employess and will not make any changes that would help in such a competitive market. - Work-life balance is shot down. - Bahraini style of management is very slaving and un-appreciating. - Hierarchy is very obvious in that company.

      Cons

      Minimal performance acknowledgement, yearly layoffs based on number of employees in a workgroup rather than poor performance, some managers no longer allow for remote-based employees.

      You'll get to work on some of the most popular systems in the travel and hospitality industries.

      Cons

      The upper management and marketing teams are very hard-headed and do not appreciate being told of better ways to build the products they manage. Every project has a budget. Be careful that you get on one with an approved long term budget, or you might get cut.
