      Big changes in the wrong direction

      Pros

      Nice Campus, lots of good people, diverse and accepting workplace.

      Cons

      Below market compensation, benefit standards are in decline, upper management lacks understanding of business and systems, work/life balance priorities in freefall, corporate culture is quickly turning toxic, HR is less than useful (doesn't seem to care about people at all).

      Pros

      Good camaraderie, great employees, a lot of good managers, good health benefits.

      Cons

      Minimal performance acknowledgement, yearly layoffs based on number of employees in a workgroup rather than poor performance, some managers no longer allow for remote-based employees.

      Pros

      Good for non-engineers aspiring to be engineers: You won’t miss all the engineering stuff you never learned; you will feel at home and among equals.

      Cons

      Management is bad; the HR department is worse. Right from the recruitment process they were incompetent and unprofessional. I should have gone with my gut feeling and stayed far away from this company.
