Sabre name recognition might land you a better position elsewhere.

Cons

Expect 10 hours/day, 6 days/week, and this is the norm. Week after week, after month after month. Don't bother complaining, it comes from the top. They can get away with this because of cheap body shops in India, and H1 applicants here.

Relaxed atmosphere and great for career advancement. They really in establishing in employees and will do what it takes to help them succeed

Cons

A lot of great ideas but not a lot of action. You are truly the master of your own universe which can be confusing for some people.
