      Pros

      Middle management (director level) may be really good. Thats my case. Benefit package is very good and the most attractive component. Trusted contributors get latitude to make decisions.

      Cons

      but you are left alone if political executive goals dont align with your ethics of a job well done.

      1. Work life balance is decent. 2. Product/Team Specific: Tech stack and learning is good

      Cons

      1. No value for talent and hence good people keep on leaving. 2. Hikes are straight up horrible. 3. Upper Management keeps on changing strategies that keep on failing, resulting in lost money, which could have been used to give better hikes to people. 4. Team Specific: Micro Management.
