Pros

Hopefully in 5 years each product will have a true path and vision. The people are great but left without processes and true training or educational resources. There are literally none on the Hospitality side.

Cons

Leadership has changed so many times in 18 months that the products path and vision change therefore confusing the market.

Pros

There is nothing good about this place anymore.

Cons

No more working from home, we've been told we need to come in, if we are sick, have a sick child, etc. This is not the Sabre I signed on to. Directors and Managers are micromanaging us to death now and this is just horrible. This is not a 12.00 an hour call center job. Ridiculous. I hope they enjoy passing the flu around this winter and god forbid there be an ice storm.
