Pros
There is nothing good about this place anymore.
Cons
No more working from home, we've been told we need to come in, if we are sick, have a sick child, etc. This is not the Sabre I signed on to. Directors and Managers are micromanaging us to death now and this is just horrible. This is not a 12.00 an hour call center job. Ridiculous. I hope they enjoy passing the flu around this winter and god forbid there be an ice storm.
