      Pros

      The pay is great, benefits are awesome, but that's the only good thing about Sabre.

      Cons

      Leadership is horrible, Human Resources if you tried to contact them to schedule anything in regards of any issues they will not help you. They will try to find ways to fire you if you're not well liked in the department. They're not flexible on your schedule and they will not help you in any way.

      Good people, with loyalty to management despite low retention rate,

      Cons

      Dont ever apply here its a sinking ship. They dont understand how to make money, Technology is unbelievable old. firing happens every other month zero stability its unbelievable.

      Pros

      The people are excellent. They have unwavering integrity and a drive to do excellent work. They are fun and create a great atmosphere.

      Cons

      The leadership is all over the place. They can't seem to stick a strategy and stick to it. Bullies are allowed to run rampant, and there are generally so many obstacles to doing a good job that the best employees leave. If you ever get on the wrong person's bad side, you're done. There's little accountability in middle management. Either they are prevented from holding people accountable or they don't know how. Many people bypass established processes with no consequences.
