Pros

Nice location with a beautiful view, good facilities and great colleagues.

Cons

Totally agree with other reviews on here about poor communication from management and silly workloads. No extra salary for the stupid workloads and on top of that you might get judged harshly and even boxed out for mentioning it! Senior management team don't seem to know what they are doing, change their mind frequently and won't listen to their staff, but then act surprised and disappointed in the staff when things don't work out. There is no opportunity to progress from within in the company, some of the people here have been in the same roles for many, many years and things are very static. The UK MD in particular seems to be very resentful and on the warpath against long time employees who have helped shape the company into what it is today. Not to mention all of the fake reviews from HR - pathetic! Another attempt to hide all of the problems or put a PR spin on them instead of actually addressing the problems!

Pros

Great colleagues and a nice office location, surrounded by a lake and some wildlife. No other positive comments to add.

Cons

I believe the main issue that currently stands within the company, is the lack of consideration taken for it’s employees. From my experience in employment, I have noticed how few managers seem to realise (or rather act on) the importance of keeping their staff happy. Whilst the staff need to work hard to keep the managers and company happy, it’s just as important that the business reciprocate the efforts to keep staff happy. Poor communication from management and excessive work load have played their part in the collapse of what was once a fun & enjoyable place to work. Although members of staff leaving and not being replaced may have done wonders for the company’s financial situation and just about allowed them to break even, it has done absolutely no favours for the staff’s mental state. A number of employees have taken on almost a double work load, with little gratitude or appreciation. I have never seen so many members of staff consistently unhappy, stressed & upset about their workload & how they just can’t cope. I understand that if you’re not directly in the situation, it may be difficult to see quite how much work has been taken on by individuals & why there is such a need for more members of staff. However, no excuse can be made when employees reach out to express their concerns & even straight out ask for a position to be filled (following the previous employee leaving), and they are still not sufficiently helped. To go with the extra workload, is no extra salary. How on earth this was thought to be an acceptable solution, I will never know. It makes a mockery of those willing to work hard & do well for the company, when the company will do nothing in return (I feel I should also mention a proper thank you is just as hard to come by). Nothing says ‘lack of gratitude’ like a company who expects everything, but gives nothing. Whilst overworking & underpaying may withstand in the short term, it is without a doubt a sure way to lose key members of staff in the long term.

Terrible senior team and interesting to see fake positive reviews on here, with PR spun managed responses from HR. Really sad to see the place take such a downturn.
