Pros

Good location. Weekly asda order with snacks and fruit.

Cons

Upper management do not keep lower management or other staff informed of anything. Changes are made without consulting those doing the job so can make things more difficult. New managers bought it who had no clue what they were doing - they were rude and unhelpful. Unable to plan big projects which effect contact centre staff. Do not care about staff wellness. Do not care about those with mental health issues and would rather get rid of them instead of supporting them. Made to cover night shifts last minute -had no contingency plan apart from contacting team managers to cover when they had been at work all day or encouraging people to stay late even though they had already done long shifts. Upper management would get rid of people without consulting their direct manager to see how they were getting on. HR are unapproachable and unsympathetic and get too involved in the running on the business and should just keep to HR matters.

Pros

Small company with ambition, everyone matters and is able to contribute. Amazing offices with fantastic views and space to enjoy a lunch time walk Friendly and welcoming team, people are open and happy to help.

Cons

Very busy and growth plans result in many people wearing multiple hats. Difficult to meet all staff due to shifts required to deliver 24 7 service

Pros

the team I worked with were fab and have lifetime friends now - that's about it.......

Cons

EVERYTHING - very much - an only want to hear what the management want to hear environment, and don't worry about the staff having to pick up the pieces....., managed to rid of all experienced staff in a short time.
