Free fruit tea/coffee about the only redeeming factor

Cons

Poor work structure. Will be promised one Saturday every other week but this will NOT HAPPEN. Poor management. Call centre doesn't receive many calls but handles then terribly. Always get faulty repairs which we have done which adds stress and we are told to tell customers its a one off even though it happens very frequently. Apprentices are expected to produce the same workload as fully paid staff and will be sacked if they don't achieve this.

Pros

I have been working for the company for a while now and can wholeheartedly say that everybody there is very empathetic and intelligent. Our customers are always the main priority - for either agents or management. Great team work and support from all departments. I am happy to see so much improvement and great feedback from customers.

Cons

I cannot think of major cons. Some people should be more flexible to changes.
