Free fruit tea/coffee about the only redeeming factor

Poor work structure. Will be promised one Saturday every other week but this will NOT HAPPEN. Poor management. Call centre doesn't receive many calls but handles then terribly. Always get faulty repairs which we have done which adds stress and we are told to tell customers its a one off even though it happens very frequently. Apprentices are expected to produce the same workload as fully paid staff and will be sacked if they don't achieve this.
