      Pros

      Depends on which department you join and how close you are to the core of people in power. If you are lucky, you will find the best job in the world.

      Cons

      3 organisational restructuring in 6 months. Company spends more than 30 crores on new HO and 6 months later sacks employees. 2 months before the sacking, the MD buys a new Jaguar. Welcome to nepotism !!! " Marketing has nothing to do with Sales or Products"... " Launch the product with inferior quality, customer won't notice"... " If you feel you are being racially discriminated, its better you leave. Nothing will change here"... These statements sum up SKF.
