Pros

It is a Company with high values, openness, encourage team work, provide continuous training to employees. Very good quality products and services. It is a multinational company with nice working environment.

Cons

The Company is facing an organizational reduction process. It is not expected to grow in the middle term. Senior Management remains in their places for too long, stopping the younger employees to getting promoted.
