      Great place to work Work life balance Good opportunity for technical/management growth Managers are reachable are at any time HR are good enough for followups Good company in terms of compensation and appraisals. Work culture in maximum projects is good. Personal growth is good. Free breakfast, lunch and cab facility. Team outings in every quarter.

      Fewer onsite opportunities. Little legacy in web technologies development.

      Pros

      Great benefits. A lot of great and free training. Steady work

      Cons

      No growth. Managers seem to not want to give current employees a chance and goes on the outside for a lot of the positions. ANd have a lot of 3rd party workers. HR is not helpful at all. WHen you ask a questions they refere you a website. You cant just go down and talk to HR. You have to make an appointment and your badge doesnt work to get access to HR.
