      1. Dishonest managers. They know nothing about management. 2. Poor compensation. Managers indulge in petty politics. 3. Rampant favouritism, hard work is ignored, non performers rewarded. 4. HR exploits new immigrants to Canada by paying peanuts. Mississauga, ON site is highly discriminative.

      Hours were highly flexible and could adjust the start of the shift with a fair amount of ease.

      Cons

      The salary given was well below the average annual pay and there were no bonuses offered to any employee that were not in a manager position.
