Employees- too bad the good ones don’t stick around

Poor management Employees are treated poorly-no respect Company is in totally chaos with employees constantly being let go or leaving on their own Terrible reputation in industry Constant change with no direction or strategy for growth Management needs to replace with competent leaders Terrible health benefits Poor compensation Terrible culture

Pros

New testing and learning environment lab so things stay fresh.

Cons

I have never seen a workplace lose as many employees in 1 month than I have at this lab. Work load is pretty heavy.

Pros

They had a pension and I will draw from that when I retire.

Cons

As with all foreign companies in the testing industry, they haven't learned that due to the competitive nature, and serious differences in regulations in the USA, margins realized in Europe cannot be achieved in the US. They think they know better, but in reality know nothing. They out unrealistic pressure on employees and will not ease up.
