      This company helps you get your foot in the door. I was able to learn from my seniors and get a feel for what I actually wanted to do.

      Pros

      Great company to work for, very flexible with working families. They can't always reward in $ however do reward in flexible arrangements, and do provide many opportunities for growth and development.

      Cons

      Due to the downturn in many industries SGS is in, such as mining and Oil and Gas, it has lead to SGS Australia to being very frugal with the remaining local profits to balance the profit across the board, and therefore employees can not be rewarded on an annual basis $.
