      Pros

      Great company to work for, very flexible with working families. They can't always reward in $ however do reward in flexible arrangements, and do provide many opportunities for growth and development.

      Cons

      Due to the downturn in many industries SGS is in, such as mining and Oil and Gas, it has lead to SGS Australia to being very frugal with the remaining local profits to balance the profit across the board, and therefore employees can not be rewarded on an annual basis $.

      Pros

      Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

      Cons

      I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
