      Huge company with many faces

      Pros

      Depending on the management, the company can be an innovative, long-term thinker.

      Cons

      The company wants to achieve quality through standardization. This is fine for a certification company, but the company does not seem to value excellence and innovation. Far too often, things are done "the way Geneva dictates", even though that does not make sense in the current situation.

      Run fast, run far ( at least in Mexico)

      A few good persons to work with.

      Cons

      Salary below average, despite been a huge corporation in Mexico the CEO runs the business as his personal empire. Abuse, screams, swipes to the desktop and a "normal" tenure of just some months are the rules for most of the newcomers. If you like to be humiliated, then this is the right place to be.
