      Pros

      A few good persons to work with.

      Cons

      Salary below average, despite been a huge corporation in Mexico the CEO runs the business as his personal empire. Abuse, screams, swipes to the desktop and a "normal" tenure of just some months are the rules for most of the newcomers. If you like to be humiliated, then this is the right place to be.

      Pros

      Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

      Cons

      I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.

      Pros

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
